About the Role:
Birdie's Links and Drinks is looking for an experienced Dish Washer to join our team in Middletown, DE. We are a family-owned restaurant that is passionate about providing our customers with a unique and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure dishes are washed and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- Organize dishes and utensils for efficient washing
- Empty and clean garbage cans and trash receptacles
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
- Wash all kitchenware and items according to sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Restock kitchen supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dishwashing or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
