About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Birdie's Links and Drinks in Middletown, DE. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff during shifts
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer issues
- Oversee inventory management and restocking
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Assist in providing over the top customer service
- Promote positive and high energy culture
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold industry certifications
